Scotland. It's the second referendum debate between Salmond and Darling over whether Scotland is in or out. Salmon floundered last time over the question over what currency Scotland will have, and over the value of the North Sea oil, and now he seems to have all the answers. He's been seriously prepped for this debate, and Darling is on the backfoot in this one.

May I ask your take on all of this?

I think Alex Salmond is more interested in running his own country, rather than what's in the best interests of the Scottish people.

I had to google him. He's Scottish National Party's leader, right? I take it that it's the independence referendum? Or am I completely wrong :p

At this point, we've pretty much proven that not only can evolution happen, it pretty much must happen since it's basically impossible to prevent it from happening.

I think my interest in this is fuelled by how Alex Salmond is skimming over the risks to the Scottish economy. At the end of the day, he can't lose. If the No campaign wins, Scotland will still get more devolved powers. Something he wanted as a third option from the very beginning.
