Progress is good and those reactionary forces who seek to halt or reverse it should be dealt with accordingly.

Depends on what kind of progress you are talking about.

In general I find progress to be good, and its opposition should be dealt with accordingly.

As an ultra-minded progressive, I think we should embrace all progress and those that refuse/oppose it should be ignored or eliminated.

Conservatives, those who want to embrace ideas of old that promote intolerance and stagnation to real advancements. Those who embrace with fiery passion the ancient ideas of religion while hoping to enforce the ancient method of it. Those who still embrace imperialism, colonialism, castes in socities, prejudice based on tradition in this 21st century.

They are those who are the biggest barrages to progress. They are irrelevant, in this new world. Instead of uniting the world human race, they are dividing it through differences and selfish interests of autocrats.

Basically, Convism is a path ideology like socialism. It is essentially the road to communism, but unlike socialism Convism is very clearly layed out for the revolutionary to plan their nation on.
