It is the artist's work, his name should be where he placed it. Plus someone could find the picture on google images without the artist's signature.

The one has a line on its edge. Dosn't look the best.

Da flower looks.. REALLY strange, its kinda like a 11 year old drew it, not too professional for our level.

And then the skyscrapers are too real to ever be drawn like an actual seal. Which in turn makes it unrealistic. You have the right idea, just not the right immages.
