Prophets are the Chief Servants of their god. Some can prophesy, but others re more akin to Hercules.

No, gods only re-charge from worship (and if it's come that far, they'd need to wait for a major festival in order to regain power) and being in their domanion (takes power to open a door).

I would say worship another god and beseech them for help. Gods can talk to mortals, and mortals can pray to gods, making that some interaction.

Kingdoms are mostly aligned with one (or maybe a few) gods. If it were to come to war, gods and kingdoms would fight gods and kingdoms. So it's mostly balanced. And if a god is "mortally wounded", while they can't die, they will be (put simply) expelled from the mortal plane to recover. This takes a while.

Lavan, take this down. This should be canon.
