"No. Genocide would be the Israeli military storming into the Palestine regions, raping, killing and butchering every single Palestinian they could find. It's women and children being dragged out of homes and being hacked to pieces, genitals first, with machetes. It's men withered down to skeletons being herded into gas chambers and their corpses being shoved into ovens. It's soldiers being ordered to rape all of the women of an ethnic group until they get pregnant to shame them in the eyes of their society and to make their entire next generation one of outcasts. A single sniper gunning down a few dozen innocents? It could be called mass murder, but it's far from genocide. If Israel wanted to kill every Arab claiming to 'own' that strip of desert they stole from the Persians, they could do it, they would do it. The several wars Israel won against most of the Muslim world confirms that they have the resources to pull off killing plenty of people before the UN could react.
