I do understand socialism. It seems that you do not understand that socialism is an umbrella-term for several under-ideologies.

You seem to be a petty social-democrat more than anything else.

Which, once again, is under the umbrella term that is "Socialism". Try harder, seriously.
EDIT: Petty? Care to explain?

OOC: Indirectly insulting me and my family isn't helping your point.

no, i won't read this law... everyone writes bills as he likes, there's nearly no standardized bill form, and instead of pointing out this, you could do something productive and make a standardized bill form that everyone can use for riting bills

The police isn't a magical omniscient institution capable of finding what bad things happened, especially when your wreck looks like this or this.

And cars =/= vehicles. A car is a vehicle, but a vehicle isn't a car. Also, how will the companies know what's wrong if there's nothing there to tell them?

Mandating that select vehicles are equipped with event-data recorders have implemented numerous changes that are credited with saving countless lives. Any government with even remote interest for public safety would implement this. What bad thing could come from sticking a black box into a vehicle? It costs a negligible amount of money to place and maintain, and the benefits overwhelmingly outweigh the disadvantages, which are extremely minor.
