| Author: New Zepuha [ALM] | Sponsors: The Nihilistic View [ALM], Corenea [RefP], Zurkerx [LPA], The Scientific States [FP]| Category: Domestic Developement | Urgency: Moderate |
Section 0. Preamble -
While this act was noble in it's intentions and purpose, it has only served to be a drain on our government funds. To ease the burden on the tax payer it is best that this act be repealed. Though, these work centres will not be abandoned all together. This repeal will lay out a plan to phase out these centres and ensure ones that are interested may stay open. It is this government's goal to lower the debt, and this repeal will be a small drop in the pool.
Section 1. Operative Clause -
1a. The government of Aurentina will no longer be obligated to comply with the PWCA after passing of this bill.
1.1a. All clauses of the PWCA will be struck from the record and rendered null and void.
