That's legal because it stays on the border (also, Egypt doesn't occupy the West Bank, last time I checked). The West Bank barrier, on the other hand, actually deviates from the border and cuts off large swats of Palestinian land, which violates international law (Legal Consequences of the
Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Request for advisory opinion, International Court of Justice, 2004), while also causing the West Bank, an occupied territory, to go through extreme suffering at the hands of Israeli barriers and checkpoints, a war crime (Article 33, Fourth Geneva Convention). It also forced the involuntary demolition of homes of people living in the occupied territory, yet another war crime (Article 53, Fourth Geneva Conventions). It's also arguably apartheid, a crime against humanity (Rome Statute).

Well, seeing as Pakistan recognizes Palestine but not Israel and that they want a completely separate Palestinian state, they are biased. Too biased to serve on a fact-finding committee about Israel.
