The give enough of a shit to try to avoid civilians.

Let me ask, has Palestine committed war crimes?

Yes, the truth can make people unfriendly to each other. I am glad you have noticed.

Um, Israel is not in any current war with Syria, small border clashes yes, but a war? No

Launching multiple air strikes against civilian targets inside Syria such as scientific research buildings, and targeting the Syrian Arab Army, is war. Whether it's what you call "REAL WAR" or not, it's warfare period.

I'm just curious, has Palestine, in your opinion, committed war crimes? Given that both nations have killed civilians (although Israel doesn't actively target them), then if Israel has committed war crimes, then Palestine has committed 10 times as many.

The UN Fact Finding Mission's report state that both the Israel Defense Forces and the Palestinian militants committed war crimes and possible crimes against humanity, and recommended that both sides openly investigate their own conduct and (if they refused) to bring the allegations to the International Criminal Court.

A nation under the name of Palestine does not exist, therefore the nation of palestine has committed no war crimes.

Logically...
Marcus had an idea.
"I motion that the Senate support the right of all nations to own nuclear weapons!"
The United Colonies of Earth exists:
to bring about the settlement of all planets not yet inhabited by a sapient species within this Galaxy and Universe by the Human Race, or all members of the species Homo sapiens;
to ensure the observation and protection of the rights of all human beings;
to defend humankind from invasion, catastrophe, fraud and violence;
to represent the interests of humankind to the other governments of the Galaxy;
to facilitate the perpetuation of the unity of human civilization and infrastructure between otherwise self-governing colonies;
and to promote technological advancement and scientific discovery for the perpetuation and expansion of the unity and empowerment of all human beings.

What about Egypt-Gaza barrier? Egypt also put in a wall that separates them from the Gaza Strip

That's legal because it stays on the border (also, Egypt doesn't occupy the West Bank, last time I checked). The West Bank barrier, on the other hand, actually deviates from the border and cuts off large swats of Palestinian land, which violates international law (Legal Consequences of the
Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, Request for advisory opinion, International Court of Justice, 2004), while also causing the West Bank, an occupied territory, to go through extreme suffering at the hands of Israeli barriers and checkpoints, a war crime (Article 33, Fourth Geneva Convention). It also forced the involuntary demolition of homes of people living in the occupied territory, yet another war crime (Article 53, Fourth Geneva Conventions). It's also arguably apartheid, a crime against humanity (Rome Statute).

Well, seeing as Pakistan recognizes Palestine but not Israel and that they want a completely separate Palestinian state, they are biased. Too biased to serve on a fact-finding committee about Israel.
