If the vote isn't over, it doesn't matter. We can always go back and count it.
And no, you may not. We do not give special time away for random Senators to go asking questions in the chamber ESPECIALLY when a vote is going on. The lobby is the perfect place for that.

Ok, oh and it wasn't a question, I was going to tell my fellow senators that we have been bombed twice and that both times, a little unit was made to find who did it! Well, that isn't good enough .we should have put a law in place during May when the first attacked happen! But we didn't, so now we need to put down a bill that will keep this form happing!

First Amendment to the Internal Security Act
Urgency: Utmost | Author: Oneracon [RG] | Category: Order

The Senate of the Aurentine Commonwealth,
SEEKING to ensure that the ban on paramilitaries is not subverted;
FURTHER SEEKING to strengthen the laws which keep the people of Aurentina safe;
HEREBY ENACTS the following amendments to the Internal Security Act:Definition of Paramilitary
- The Act is amended by appending the following subsections to Article 4a:
Prohibition of the use of Private Military Contractors
- For the purposes of this Act, a paramilitary is defined as any armed entity that is organized in a similar manner to a military force but is not affiliated with the Government of the Commonwealth of Aurentina (or any subdivisions thereof).
- For greater clarification, any armed entity that fails to meet the requirements of a private security company is classified as a paramilitary.
- The Act is amended by appending the following to Article 4:
4e: Private military contractors, defined as private security companies (domestic or foreign) which use weapons and/or vehicles that can be reasonably defined as military-grade, under the employ of political parties shall be classed as paramilitary forces.
Lawful Authority- The Act is amended by appending the following subsections to Article 5a:
License Cards
- No security officer shall hold authority over a law-enforcement officer acting within the boundaries of the law.
- The Act is amended by appending the following subsections to Article 5b:
Carrying ID
- Licenses issued to security officers by Ofsecure shall be in the form of a plastic card in the sizes specified by the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard to be known as the "Security License Card".
- Security officers shall be required to present their Security License Card at the request of any on-duty law enforcement officer.
- Security License Cards shall include the following:
- Photograph of bearer in their uniform
- License number
- Name of bearer
- Name of employer
- Employer's Ofsecure registration number
- Ofsecure qualifications/statuses acquired
- Date of expiry
- The Act is amended by appending the following subsections to Article 5f:
Prohibition of Private Security Military Vehicles
- All security officers must carry their Security License Card on their person at all times, and in a manner that is clearly visible to other persons whenever possible.
- The Act is amended by appending the following to Article 5:
5l: All vehicles used by private security companies and security officers must be registered with Ofsecure and security officers operating vehicles shall carry a valid Ofsecure vehicle license.
5m: No private security company or security officer shall be permitted to possess or use armoured fighting vehicles, defined as any armoured vehicle equipped with weapons systems. This includes, but is not limited to: tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, or armoured cars/trucks with integrated weaponry.
