I must join the chorus of opposition to the bill because of these points.

Environmental protections are one thing. We need clean air and clean water. But this is way too extreme for my taste.

My environmental bill is the most moderate it can possibly be. It actually allows business and farming within parks, which is pretty fucking impressive. And others suggested much higher fines, and even jail time for beating animals.

I seriously doubt game wardens are going to fine people for stepping on a bug.
