If there is real scientific research showing veiwership of Dr. Who and Star trek reduces suicides, wouldn't minister of culture consider subsidising those shows to reduce suicide rate in the nation?

Here's extract from a preliminary research carried out by large group of scientists on the matter, it is yet to be published however...
"As demonstrated the results in table 13.01, it has been shown that in 100% of normal cases from the samples, viewing Dr. Who and Star Trek reduces production of chemicals that are known to cause depression, anxiety and ultimately result in suicide."
