Depends on how you view it. The Trinity is one, yet three as well. The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost are all God, yet can function as individual entities. Also you've got such interesting figures such as the Holy Virgin, apparently a redesign of the Isis cult that was popular in the Roman Empire, and of course a whole horde of saints. Are Mary and the saints comparable to demigods? Hinduism would certainly agree.

Some sects of Christianity believe that the Trinity is rubbish and that God and Jesus are separate entities. If one views it that way, then sure, there seems to be some polytheistic aspects to Christianity.
