It got a smattering of coverage on games sites, mainly because of the origin and subject matter.
Independent game created by a group of 4chan folks, from /a/ I think. Romance/relationship game set in a school for the disabled, which the main character has to go to because he has a serious heart condition. Very well and sensitively plotted, giving good depth to the characters. I think that, because of where the idea originated, people were expecting a very different type of game and story. Regardless, it's something I enjoyed playing through the first time and am still getting extra out of now I'm going for different routes. The genre has an appeal to me as a whole due to my lack of aptitude at traditional games and enjoyment of romances in general. In short, a good example of a type of game I would like to play more of.

Well, the game is instantly good on merit of being original, Sounds like a good type of game for getting a story across.
Much better than another modern war FPS, Then again (and i am dead serious) I had more fun with some hello kitty Game for gameboy color than with a Call of Duty MW2.
