You can submit ideas, and comment as well on the comics, while staying on topic. I cannot make any comics, for I have a school laptop with nearly everything blocked, and a phone. Cannot of makings comics on a phone..

This is not a chat thread. However, you do not HAVE to post a comic if you don't want to/cant. All you need to do is be able to comment on the comics in a manner that doesn't derail. General polandball-talk is what got the last thread locked. Polandball-talk when in reference to specific comics, fine.

I don't want this thread locked before it hit even a tenth of 500. I'll be requesting mod removals of posts that disobey the rules outlined here and in the first post.

With the highly unfortunate and premature death of the original NationStates Polandball thread, I have taken up the responsibility of breathing new life into it.

As per Frisbeeteria's request, some rules:

-This is NOT a chat thread. Keep anything not Polandball or NSball related out.
-Please follow the official conventions for drawing countryballs. Not really something I can enforce, but it'll keep the other posters from lynching you.
-Friendly ribbing and obviously humorous insults are fine; open and pointed attacks on others are not.

Rules to be updated at discretion of mods and myself.
