In addition, 3 or 4 more motions are needed (or preferably admin approval) is needed to end debate and begin voting. Come on people, its been 23 pages of debate without voting (give or take).
Its time to vote

Because there is no need for an election. The problems exist only within the President himself, not the government.

So a President can be batshit insane and become a dictator, yet if they haven't broken any laws, it's perfectly OK for them to remain in office?

Motion to Remove the Prime Minister from his Duties

The Aurentine Senate,

Dismayed at the poor performance of FreeSoc, the Prime Minister of Aurentina,

Disappointed in the policies of the Prime Minister's Office,

Expressing a lack of confidence in the Prime Minister and his administration,

Not believing the Prime Minister capable of accomplishing his duties as head of government,

Hereby removes the Prime Minister from his duties, dissolves the First Cabinet of Aurentina and ends the First Session of the Aurentine Senate.

He is not being dictatorial. Incompetence is not an impeachable offense where i live mind you. It can get you voted out though

Seconded.

Also fourth the opposition to impeachment ofthe President.
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

It's not an impeachment. According to the Republican Act, the President can be voted out for misconduct or disability with a 2/3 majority in a vote in the Senate.

How is the president the problem? The prime minister could be, considering the fact that prime ministers are supposed to be very active. When's the last time the PM participated in debate? I haven't seen it.

It's not an impeachment. It's a vote to have him removed via disability because his paranoia of communists is preventing him from acting in a professional manner.

Being a lame duck is hardly solid grounds for impeachment. Just vote him out next election if you don't like him. Impeachment ought to be reserved for when they make a serious mistake.

The president is the head of state. The prime minister is the head of government. You can't impeach a prime minister, and you don't elect one either. Presidents can be impeached and elected in national elections. Prime ministers are indirectly elected.
