If I get mad at a communist and slap him in the face, I shouldn't get life in prison for it. If I speak in an angry tone about politics, would that not technically be using intimidation to pursue political aims? Should I be put away for life because some people felt intimidated by my speech? I think this needs more clarification before I can support it.
