They both run the country, a prime minister is useless if a president is there already.

A prime minister is the head of the government, as in he/she is a member of parliament and legislates, and a president signs bills into law or vetoes them. They're different.

I think a better thing to do would set each piece of legislation up with its own debate thread. That'd keep some of the chaos down, and it wouldn't screw up voting, etc.

We can already debate it in coffee shop... and I dont see how it can screw up voting because every senator can just vote in indivudal bills. Can we move to suspend parliamentary procedure and allow voting at all bills simultaneously?

The last debates screwed up voting because people didn't specify what they were voting on, so at least two votes ended up in limbo.

And if it's debated in the coffee shop, idc. But when things are being on debated here that's not officially being debated on/up for vote, it gets messy and annoying.

THE Small Business Assistance Office is empowered to....

Provide low interest loans of up to £1,000,000 at a 2% APR for those who wish to start a small business. The Office can review each application on a case by case basis.

Offer free business advice.

Help register a business.

A small business is hereby defined as an unincorporated or private limited business which earns less than (Provisional Currency)1,000,000, a year. Owners must not have been declared bankrupt.

VALID forms of organisation include.

Unincorporated Sole Propriater.

Partnerships (both traditional and limited)

Cooperatives (Worker owned businesses)

Privately Held Corporations (A Limited Liability Company that keeps it's shares in the hands of family or friends of the owner).
