Sorry, someone else already has that island. It's also likely Hippo will name your constituency, but possible that he won't if you do let him know. Inhabitants is probably something to look at once you know the size of your constituency, but most are 2-300,000.
I go under the name Vyvland now (IIWiki page). This account is used for the odd foray into the Senate or NSG.

Can a party recruit members outside the Senate and later on, require them to apply as Senators to legitimize their party's Senate hold? Just askin. Thanks in advance.
