Ok I don't even know where to start on this. I was hoping that the original post was just trying to be funny, and as read on that does not seem to be the case.

Instead to arguing the round vs flat theories I am going to take my case in a completely different direction.

The main basic element in the original post is that the Science community (NASA) is lying to us about the validity of round theory; this in essence would mean that there is some sort of conspiracy from the science community as whole in to making people believe that the world is round. To this so called conspiracy I bring up two point points

1.What is to gain from fooling people into thinking that is round.
2.With any secret there is the chance that someone, somewhere might reveal the truth. Therefore, the more people that are involved in hiding the secret, the hard it is to keep said secret. Now in this case the argument is the Science as whole is keeping the truth from the public. However, if you take into account the amount of people that are in the science community as a whole, it would be impossible to maintain and control such a conspiracy.

a plane does not crash is that its wings produce lift: when the rate of acceleration upwards equals that of accelerations pull downwards, lift causes the plane to remain at a constant altitude.

Latex is a very useful product. It can easily be manipulated for flight. All it takes is a few equations. It is the key to flight on a flat earth.

Latex is used in rubber, and gum. How does that solve the issue of flight on your "Flat Earth"?

It makes the plane more stable and aerodynamic.
