Asteroids are terrorists. They support a Anarchist Rock agenda, and will attack any large rock bodies such as planets in order to scare the rest of the solar system, and will sometimes just threaten planets by going close to them as a sign saying," Anarchism rulez."

I feel terrorised already.

I heard that he wasn't going anywhere. What gives? Methinks Kennedy likes to fuck with us

There was a lot of stuff indicating he was going to retire this session but some cases came up he showed an interest in if I'm not mistaken. It would make a lot of sense for him to retire after those are done, especially since Kennedy likes Gorsuch and would probably like to have his seat filled by someone else he approves of like Brett Kavanaugh.

But attacking large rock bodies actually makes those large rock bodies slightly larger. They're actually as ineffective as human terrorists!

When was the last year he wasn't supposed to resign?

I still think it was a huge mistake for her not to retire when Obama could have replaced her. The GOP will likely end up packing the court because of that.

Well yes, but seeing what happened with Garland we now know the last opportunity Obama had to replace her was 2014.

Hindsight would prove you right, but I don't think it's even close to possible to imagine how much the McConnell would be willing to throw out the rule book for normal Senate SOP

Good point. Also I think the outgoing Justice can make their retirement conditional on the Senate confirmation of a replacement. Pretty sure.

Not all asteroids! Only a very small minority of asteroids do that. Most of them stay in their belt, peacefully following their practices of tumbling and gently bumping into each other.

But asteroids can become terrorists at any moment. We must at least issue a de-orbit ban on asteroids so they don't try to fly off the belt, especially the asteroids around Eris.

No, we should avoid marginalizing and demonizing the asteroid community. As we discover more asteroids we're running out of names: all the Greek and Roman gods are used up and eventually we'll be out of Norse and Native American gods too.
When we start naming asteroids after Disney characters they'll really get angry, and I can't say I blame them.

We can blame them when they act out on their anger out of their own volition and try to slam into Earth. I personally think Goofy is a standup guy.
