Outside of America there's less regulation, so it must be kept in mind, this.
However, the American pornographic industry is, usually, well above ground to be able to stand on its own legal merits, and there's a lot of precedent behind porn being an expression of speech, so it'd be hard to overturn precedent in this instance as the Supreme Court has also ruled on pornography, giving a victory to sex-positive feminist and a defeat to sex-negative feminists in the U.S.
