They lost the war, that had more to do with the geographic, political, manpower and material realities of those countries than it did with their ideologies. With the exception of Nazism, that was it's own ideology distinct from Fascism that had some rather unrealistic goals. Italy also had unrealistic goals, but that was a separate issue from their fascist ideology.

In the articles that you posted, I believe that you and the persons who wrote it, are misunderstanding much of what is considered as social constructs with biology. I.e. you say that the basis of government is force, which you equate with being biologically a part of males. If you were to look at other societies of the past, and present, you should find that this is not the case. Ideas of what is forceful and what is not are socially constructed, and created. Some societies have said that women are the ones who are predominantly forceful, while others say its men, and others have different ways of constructing this idea of forcefulness. Thus, I would argue that, in your ideas of Fascism, you should all all peoples to fight, or do whatever you do to decide on who should lead, because it will probably make your country stronger in the end.
