In reality, everything the KKK did to black people for 200 years was illegal, but they did it with impunity(until very recently)

Courts don't mean shit without enforcement. That's why we have cops etc.

So if the cops and the feds stand back and don't do anything, the courts are irrelevant. That's what i'm suggesting they do here. Step back, and send in a militia to take care of it.

Apparently there was a caller who called in saying that a man ran from the vehicle and that it was going to explode. Also, the police showed the video to the family first, and then released it to the public and says more will be released.

It's very effective as a form of Government. How many dictators have to worry about political gridlock? If something needs done, it will be done. For example, when Zika became a problem for the white people of southern Florida and funding was needed to address the situation. Congress refused funding and now it's becoming a problem down there.
