Right when I was getting ready to take another shot at buying my first home too...

Yes, they are. My car needs $2000 in repairs. It's almost enough for me to give up on it and replace the car, but not quite.

Again. The Navy took it off their rolls in the 1950s and they had to create a marine sanctuary to make it government property again when they found the wreck.
