I am disturbed by the love of black olives that I see here.

I'm usually a traditionalist (pepperoni), but a local place does a spinach/feta cheese with alfredo sauce that is to die for.

I'm allergic to tomato, so it has to be white pizza.

I eat a lot of chicken broccoli alfredo or spinach and mushroom pizzas because they are tasty, easy to find, and no allergy issues. If I want to go to the trouble of special ordering, white pizza with sausage and mushrooms is good. When I lived in Italy, I got a lot of really good prosciuto pizza. Northern Italians don't always use tomato sauce on their pizza (that's a southern Italian thing that got brought over to the US), so that made it a lot easier to try the local pizza, and it was really good with prosciuto.

I don't know if I could narrow it down to just one favorite kind of pizza cos different pizzas are good in different ways.

I prefer just cheese. At chains, I order extra sauce. At the local places, it's usually lighter cheese. Most pizzerias don't balance them very well.

Except Grimaldi's, incidentally, which has a must-have margherita.

Well, I kind of agree. But interesting choice of pizza still! I personally have not tried anchovies and olives pizza but would love to do so in future.

My favourite is the custom pizza you can throw together when ordering from Dominos online, Pepperoni, Salami, Tandori Chicken, Regular Chicken strips. Basically a ton of meat and its awesome.

Failing that though just a standard pepperoni pizza does me.

also garlic sauce
sprinkle on it some garlic powder, italian seasoning/oregano/anything similar, and a lot of crushed red peppers

mix with a coke and you got yourself my favourite type of pizza
