I love how we derailed a serious discussion about controversial ideologies with waifu-posting. The Revolution wins again.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is a little pearl I discovered as fortuitously as one could as I simply picked it up in my local library because there was the word "despair" on the tittle of the cover and that I was on a period emo-gothic at the time. :p
For the rest, well, I simply have a god-tier otaku asian friend who recommend me a tone of manga he liked himself to read; sometime it's good ones like the "Legendary Super Aryan" one and some other, well, it's "Boku no Piko"...

It's Yuno Gasai from Mirai Nikki. Honestly one of the best yandere character as the author isn't trying to sugarcoat her mental illness nor the unsaness of her "love". The manga/anime itself is really good, one of the best shonen I've ever read, and I advise you to watch if you ever have the time.

I will be sure to give it a watch. My gut says it ought to be very good. I've heard of the name before but never investigated it further.

Well, it's your basic shonen pitch. A spineless coward as a protagonist, a big boobed love interest for him, a quest to accomplish and bad guy to defeat; except in that case the hero actually fucking show balls (at the end, true, but still :p), the heroine is a fucking psycho, the quest is selfish as hell and bad guys actually are in a whole lot of way more noble and likeable than the goodies.

It know when to play with the tropes and when to subvert them making it quite refreshing. In top of that, I would advise it to you for the sole fact that, along the one of Elfen Lied, it's one of the two only ending of manga that actually made my jaded cynical self shed not so manly tears for a conclusion.

In America, a girl can get railed by ten strangers on camera for money at 18.

Yet one can get arrested for drinking a beer.

Appealing to look at, most of the time; interesting plot. There are a range of reasons to watch anime and excellent waifus. That's just me though.
