It's Yuno Gasai from Mirai Nikki. Honestly one of the best yandere character as the author isn't trying to sugarcoat her mental illness nor the unsaness of her "love". The manga/anime itself is really good, one of the best shonen I've ever read, and I advise you to watch if you ever have the time.
