You need the proper bayonets these days. Not the puny M9 standard-issue knifes they call bayonets but the real bayonets that make men shiver in fear as the enemy enters your trench. Typical of human arrogance to say "the end of the world". Is it so difficult to think that we'll just run our course as a species and end up extinct like so many others?
Anything short of blowing the planet into literal bits would not be enough to stop another species from rising to dominance.


That aside, a zombie apocalypse, however bizarre and unlikely would be a hilarious way for our species to end.
