Fuck me sideways...is there no way Parliament can override?

Well, yes.

The result of the referendum is completely non-binding and functionally, doesn't mean anything.

Cameron could, theoretically, turn around tomorrow and say "looking at how much the possibility of Brexit has hurt our economy minutes after we voted for it, this was a dumb decision we shouldn't take" and just carry on as normal.
But it's not politically possible.

It can. It can, in fact, do anything it wants to, regardless of the result and regardless of whether we had chosen to have a referendum or not. Its just that Cameron has said that he will respect the result.

Right, because leaving the EU which basically did whatever it wanted regardless of whether or not member states wanted it, and it's own parliament has zero power to change whatever the top did is not in anyway fighting for British sovereignty.

Ok fam. Sorry your liberal pipedream of globalism is crumbling before your eyes.

It would be profoundly ironic if the Brexit does a better job of destroying the UK than the supposed Muslim Invasion ever could have.
Crimes committed by Muslims will be a pan-Islamic plot and proof of Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of loners who do not represent their belief system at all.

You held a referendum to leave the European Union. You did not just have an armed revolution against a foreign occupation.

And it's outright respectable that the British are capable of achieving independence without violence being involved.

This just in: Nigel Farage has been spotted atop Buckingham palace, holding an executioner’s sword in one hand and David Cameron’s decapitated head in the other. Reports say Queen Elizabeth II was also seen throwing what is presumed to be the former Prime Minister’s body from the roof, moments before Farage came into view.
