That's an interesting initiative. There's seems to be an ever increasing push for awareness when it comes to food consumption and how we consume said food. Mainly issues about how we can make our intake actually sustainable, instead of imposing on the ecosystem. I watched a documentary not too long ago where a few chefs and restaurant owners, particularly in the Hudson Valley, NY, were starting to use sustainable farming. They only serve food that is in season. And contribute in grants to universities for sustainable farming programs.
