In other circumstances you might have been correct, but it should be clear by now that certain individuals are busy to frame you for a crime you hardly even committed.

Or at least some older things I remember reading it might've been changed recently, given kickstarter seems to have Finnish projects.
Basically along lines of "you can't go asking people money as private person (and especially if you won't give something immediately in return)"
As I understood, if you want/wanted to do by the book, you'd have to set up at least some sort of foundation around your project. And send "thank you" card to every backer.

Look, idiotic projects on Kickstarter is a given. Something tells me that the Finnish magistracy didn't find that in itself reason enough to make the concept of crowdfunding illegal.
