Note: I am not talking about libertarianism, although I realize anarcho-capitalists are a more capitalist, more libertarian bend of libertarians.

They're not (generally) significantly in favor of paid family leave, although Sanders and Hillary both are (which they should be). This is actually a fairly new development and I hope it sticks.
