Yes, but Harrison Barnes is not playing. :(

How is he important?

Isn't he in the first line, or is he just a benchwarmer?

I wonder if he's bench or fifth starter. Green and Bogut are starters, I believe.

Oh, okay, then. I shouldn't be concerned. I won't be able to watch the game, though. I have hockey coming up in 90 minutes.

They lost to subpar teams like Sacramento, LA Lakers, Washington, Milwaukee, and Brookyn. So much for the tradition of losing more to terrible teams and sometimes beating the top guns not named Golden State.

Complacency might be a factor. I would have to look into their gameplay in the last few games really, though.

I really wonder if I should laugh or cringe. It's embarrassing to lose to terrible, terrible teams with nobody goodeverytime and beat top teams every time. Lack of consistency?

Give them some time. If they happen to make the playoffs, they will have a clear advantage over the top teams, except GSW. :p

The playoffs can be made easier if they sweep through the irrelevant teams.

No, then you cannot guarantee if you can win over the top teams.

The first step is to beat lowly teams, then have a crack at the top. Pistons might jeopardize playoffs with Lakers, Kings, Bucks, and Nets losses. Causethose are supposed to be a walk in the park, and they seem to make it a walk across the top of a volcano, at least against horrible teams.

I see, yes, since you're losing half of your games in the season. :p

Seriously, come on Detroit, you're making it WAY too hard on yourself to beat winnable teams. If Golden State can thump the Lakers by 40 points, you can certainly win by at least 15-20! But the Pistons laid and cracked an egg and lost by 12 points (is that even right) points against a mere two-win team. 12 points? The Lakers looked like a playoff contender against them!

Well, they didn't lose against the Sixers, have they? :p

Hopefully, they get out of their slump. I'm sure, in the worst case scenario, they'd only be able to win when they play the Sixers.

If Detroit plays the Sixers and they somehow win, Detroit was walking across a tightrope over Niagra. It's that bad.

Houston almost is catching up. Detroit only has a four-point lead, 84-80. :(

How? A 30 point lead turns into a four point lead? Are they sleeping or something?

They extended it to nine now: 89-80. Hopefully, they retain the lead.

96-85 for Detroit. Five minutes left in the game.
