Article on voice therapy for transgender people, and why it is important to find your voice.


Resources for MtF and FtM voice therapy

Tara's Voice.
Voice lessons from YouTuber Letsflybutterfly (Lesson 1). MtF.
Lessons from YouTuber Audrey Jocelyn. MtF. Excellent, IMO.
EVA for both MtF and FtM. This is a mobile and tablet app. According to ratings, it seems to be excellent. It costs $4.99 (US)/£3.19/4.39 euros/6.44 CAD (prices may vary, of course), and it's available at the Apple Store and at GooglePlay. Currently unavailable for Amazon KIndle Marketplace.
Trans Road Map: list of voice therapy resources, for MtF and FtM.
Voice training, both MtF and FtM.
Spectrogram for finding MtF voice, requires additional download, which seems to be free. Approach with care.
FtM voice exercises by Youtuber Tony Doubek.

Options. This PDF briefly explains goals of voice therapy and surgical options for transgender men and women have in order to achieve their voices.

For me it depends on the length of the hair. If it's too long I have to shorten it down by shaving with the hair growth and then against it for softer hairless skin :)
