That's not even true. It's blatantly false, they have a lot of skillful IT workers, start-up founders and scientists. They have strong, innovative companies.

actually in the Indus city of Lothal all houses had their own private toilet connected to a covered sewer network constructed of brickwork that emptied into a network of public cesspits. Thats 3700 BC
