I saw a list of things Daily Mail has claimed causes cancer, and it's hilarious. My favorites are "being a man" and "being a woman." It makes it sound like just living gives you cancer, and if that's true I'm gonna go ahead and enjoy my Mountain Dew.

I think that's why all the cancer scare stuff...doesn't scare me that much. You could live in a bubble and still get cancer because cells just act up sometimes, especially when you're old. I can get behind healthy behavior, but I can't get behind being afraid of everything.

I'm mostly not scared of cancer at all because by the time I'm old enough to be at any significant risk it'll be about as lethal as a mild case of the sniffles.

It's starting to feel like fall here, but only barely. It's still blazing during the day, but the nights are comfortable high 70s. It's nice.
