I must say that I like (not necessarily in that order) Fico (Slovak PM), Merkel (German chancellor), Sommaruga (Swiss president), Löfven (Swedish PM) and Bergoglio (Pope Francis).

Vladimir Putin.

Lead Russia and it's people away from the humiliation of the drunk man and into a new era of economic and national prosperity.

Being paranoid isn't exactly a new trait for Russia.
And remember, just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

I'd probably have to say either His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan or His Majesty Sultan Qaboos of Oman.

Definitely Putin, as far as political leaders go. He may not be the most agreeable in terms of his policy, at least in comparison to what I would like, but I personally admire him for his genuine care for the Russian people and his unwillingness to bend over backwards to the West.

Outside of political leaders...Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.

I'm getting kind of sick of people idolizing Putin and Kim Jong-un

like yeah they were a funny meme in 2013-2014, but that time has passed and Putin and Kim Jong-Un are both fucking terrible. Seriously. Putin somehow managed to turn everyone against him, fucking up the Russian economy and threatening a war against the EU so he can restore the soviet union or some fucked up "Eurasian Union" shit. And I don't really need to explain why Kim Jong-Un and all the other leaders before him that ruled DPRK, just look at North Korea.

Please stop idolizing both of them because of old memes.

I chose Putin, even though a lot of his policies are HORRIBLE

why you may ask?

because he does a lot more walking than talking.

That he acts instead of just talking is a point in Putin's favour only if his actions are actually good. Which they generally aren't.

My objection to Elizabeth isn't so much about her personally as it is an objection to the concept of the monarchy.

Emperor Titus Mede II :p

Seriously, though, I really like quite a few.

The Danish Queen Margarethe II has always appeared (to me, at least) to be the least unacceptable monarch in the world, and I actually admire quite a lot of what I have heard about them. Being a socialist and republican, that's actually saying a lot.

I've liked Alexis Tsipras (and Syriza) since before they came to power. I won't get into any arguments over this, since I have a few Greek friends who already are quite unhappy with the way he's leading Greece, but he is quite politically similar to me.

Not so much the heads of state themselves (since I can find little information regarding them) but the system in San Marino seems very effective - Moreso than other co-rulerships (Lookin' at you, Andorra!). Same thing with Switzerland - good job, guys!

But seriously, guys, down with the Stormcloaks!

Xi Jinping is a legitimate favourite due to being the architect of the rising middle class prosperity in China and development across the empire. While Chinese foreign policy may not be everyones cup of tea, Xi has cracked down on corruption and established rule of law..
