Life without parole because the death penalty is an archaic practise that shouldn't exist in any reasonable modern society. The strength of a society's resolve is how they manage to retain their humanity against the one's who wish to seek the most harm against it.

And I've never met someone who supports the death penalty who isn't a complete hypocrite. The same people almost always oppose abortion and oppose euthanasia and assisted suicide.

What does bringing justice to those people mean to you, exactly? No amount of torturing Dzhokhar will bring the dead back to life, nor regrow lost limbs, nor undo any injury or trauma, so that can't be it. Is the aim simply to hurt him until those people feel they've been avenged? Because in that case you might want to use the word "revenge" instead of "justice".

Killing Tsarnaev might give those of his victims that survived, or the families of the dead, some solace or relief.
