Joined because it seemed to be a good place to put the three fictional nations that I'm currently writing a political satire about. Once I saw how wacky it was, joining was no longer a choice, it was an obligation. :lol:

Some friends had many nations on here some 7 years ago, I joined them and have since outlived them all. Joined F7 a year later with this nation, moved to II for a bit then jumped into NS Sports, stuck there ever since (although I seem to be posting more in NSG now...)

Originally for the same reason you did. I like games where I can control a country and wage war, and I got that. Eventually it became a vehicle for realizing my fictional nations in some recognizable form beyond the books I'm writing, and that's why Vespalia exists.

I joined because I wanted to find a nation sim game that wasn't too hard. A thing I didn't have to buy, something that was fun. That's why I joined NS. When I joined, little did I know that I would get 3 years of laughter, joy, discussion, and fun. Thank you max berry for making this site. Thank you mods for making this site even better. Thank you to all the people who have joined. Bringing laughter, joy and arguments.
