Look, I'm I'm not saying Israel is an angel, but if you're shooting for a perfect society here, they have a lot more tallies in their column.

i think there has been a misunderstanding. when i bring up terrorist attacks you're not supposed to do "well i don't really have a problem with terrorism as long as people i like do it".

Dolanica wrote:Beheading > identity theft

you're far more likely to have israeli steal your identity than be beheaded

huh i just realized this is another "but what about the muslims (that are our allies anyway)???" post. you can't deflect every criticism of israel by pointing to another country and going nyahnyah.

three time israeli minister of interior affairs eli yishai hates it when you too forget that israel belongs to the white man. i can't help but think that people in this thread may have forgotten this, so this is your official reminder.

This is not a critique of Israel so much as a discussion about the formation of a "Palestinian" state.

oh sorry he also said that we need to send gaza back to the stone age and destroy all the infrastructure, roads and water. is that more relevant to your tastes for this thread? i'm not sure how he intended to destroy water, presumably he meant they should blow up water treatment facilities etc. (obviously military targets)

Once again, yes, some people in Israel have done some bad stuff. But the Muslims are far more in the red, and their claim to Israel is shaky at absolute best. If even that.

well, their ancestors. and some that weren't.

it's actually my favourite thing ever when a holocaust survivor calls israel out on their bullshit and for using their suffering to further their own goals and it makes me sad that one day that will no longer happen.

I love how compassionate they were after that i mean it must have been hard to enact their own concentration camps. These people are not the ones put into the Concentration camps and even if they were they don't have any right to steal another's land.

Stole? From who? Palestine was never a country. Their claim to the land is roughly as sound as the Israeli's (bibically speaking) and they were supposed to get half of it in 1948. Instead, they tried to end Israels existence, and so the Jews kicked their ass.
