If I were Farn I would've just straight up banned them. Deleting the posts wasn't even enough, just get rid of the thread it's been so tainted by salutation. God forbid.

Maybe a repeated grating audio message as well just to ensure that a supervisor comes over and doesn't let them go on until they're fixed up. You know, like at the self-checkout machines.

I'd strongly recommend an appeal, this is absurd. It's even getting to the stage nowadays when I could do a better job. Dark times.
