Is there an easy way of getting to Leeds, ie a high speed train or something?

This is going to sound stupid, but I can get a return to Heathrow (2h each way) for £60 and fly from Heathrow to Leeds and back (1h each) for £90. Still don't have that kind of money, mind, but it's actually slightly faster. Or, it takes me 4h just to take the train for £127.

National Rail must be really weird.
I was researching London to Preston for summer, and the fare was like £35 each way. Is the East Midlands more expensive or something?
I suppose if the train hits up Birmingham, Stoke, Manchester, and Preston on its way to Glasgow vs Pretty much just Sheffield and Leeds on the way to Newcastle more demand ergo more supply ergo lower prices.

New Orleans isn't so bad. Its at least on par with Atlanta, as far as LGBT issues are concerned, which is pretty much the South's San Francisco.

And I've got a few friends in Boston, myself, so we'd probably be pooling our money together to take a trip up there.

I recognized about half, which suggests there's a fair standard, but even of recognized flags the "standard" is loose since we're just talking about informal groups of a given identity. There are several other transgender flags besides the de facto "official" one (which is only "official" insofar as it's the most common).

If you look at the history of the original pride flag you'll find that much of what shaped it was just what fabric was available at the time.
