In general I like anything really spicy, with loads of chilli in it, but here's a few random specific dishes.

South Asia= Madras curry.

America(s)= Jerk Chicken or Burritos.

East Asia= Szechwan cuisine

Europe= Serbian food, so Sarma, roasted Pig/Lamb, Burek, etc. This is followed closely by Italian and German cuisines.

Middle Eastern= Doner, Lamb or Chicken.

I'll give an honorary mention to Fried Chicken.

I don't cook much English food, I have rice for dinner almost every day, but my favourite "British" dish would probably be fish and chips.

Depends on where you're getting it.

If it is from somewhere poor, cabbage, a memory of onion, and if you're lucky carrot.

...so like most Japanese yakisoba (except that the ones in Japan often have pork as well).

Good Chinese food restaurants put the entire fucking garden into your plate, though. Nobody should have their yakisoba/yakibifun without moyashi! (If they enjoy it.)

I don't think moyashi (bean sprouts) are a normal ingredient in yakisoba.

Definitely pizza, being a native Chicagoan that's probably not a surprise though.

As much as I like Indian food, your first statement is simply not true.

Also, chana masala, sag paneer, masoor dal, aloo gobi and sag aloo are clearly superior to the list you provided (also samosas). Plus, who wants to eat Indian food with rice when naan exists?

In Brazil it's chicken, beef or shrimp.

Awesome Chinese restaurants have pork.

Unfair!

My yakibifun in my favorite restaurant in central Rio (it closed) = onions (lots), carrots, cabbage, some other leafy cruciferous (I think it was Chinese cabbage), chard, moyashi, and he later added broccoli (the Italian one, not the Brazilian broccolini - a cross between Italian broccoli and kai lan) and sometimes cauliflower. His yakisoba didn't have cauliflower, but it did have bell peppers.

My yakibifun in the restaurant I found this weekend in a neighborhood right by my side in middle of nothing, ugly metropolitan Rio's outskirts = carrots, cabbage, broccoli (Italian one), champignon (I kept putting it in my brother's bowl, I love shiitake but champignon is a no-no), I think I forgot something

So our recipe is really more to the chop-suey + noodles side.

The national dish which everyone here likes is "Lechon" which in English is Roast Pork. Very popular in the Caribbean and the Philippines.

Watch this Lechon video which shows the best way to cook Lechon so that it ends up very tasty.

Video from the Dominican Republic. Not for the squeamish.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oCTfpWo6Olo

Side note - The other day in a mountain town some pig rustlers took about 176 pigs from a farm. Police were on the lookout for them. Chances are they probably sold them already since around this time lechon has big demand.

It'd likely still be better if people roasted it instead.

I don't like maida foods sorry, naan is not made out of wheat, I prefer roti's

what you said is true, but rich dishes are good

The reason I don't like other cuisines is because they are too bland, and the exotic restaurants that serve them might use the same utensil for vegetarian food and non vegetarian food, something I don't like and also I don't eat in restaurants that serve let us say wrong kinds of meat
