It's a tribal. But it was designed by an artist, Jonathan Harris. Not really part of tribal culture (s).

I love the clan's symbol. At one point in my life, I felt just as fractured as the Malkavian's mind is. Hence why that mirror is and was so appropriate.

If I had to get a quote for a tattoo, it would be:

But that's too long, so maybe "Rage, rage against the dying of the light", or maybe "... and it has made all the difference"
