Ok, since this was ignored.

Pretty much ANY ACT. Can be honorable, provided it's extreme enough. Killing black people for no reason will gain one an honored place among racist jerks. Donating hundreds of dollars to charity will gain one an honored place in various places.

Honor is nothing more than a way of saying someone is greatly respected.

Honor and strict codes of ethics are here to stay, but perhaps the idea of honorific conflict will go away.
