It can mean many things, that's the problem.

Why would that be a problem? Would you be so kind to elaborate?

Person A thinks that sex is a wonderful experience that promotes intimacy with their partner.
Person B thinks that sex is ok, but is just for procreation.

This is gonna cause problems if Person A starts feeling that Person B is ignoring or cutting out something they feel is important to their relationship. Person B meanwhile might start feeling that Person A is putting too much emphasis on sex.

Or consider the situation where A-ko feels that sex should be a romantic, intimate act with ONE partner and hooks up with B-ko who is all about sex as a physical pleasure that can be experienced with multiple partners.

All of them are in the right, but crossing paths like that can lead to a LOT of trouble down the road.

Mostly consists of sticking your bits in someone else's bits (or butt) and vice versa. Goal is usually to reach orgasm.

It's actually an issue when third-world countries have reproduce well above the average of developed nations. This tends to occur because children secure the parents' futures and because it's expected most of them will die. It ends up causing a lot more problems for the global economy and health than it solves for the individual parents.
One might argue that inhabitants of undeveloped nations can't be equated to lower class citizens as a whole, but this can be safely disregarded; the argument we respond to effectively assumes a global economy and likely looks forward to a single world-state. Apparently not a very equal one.

In essence, poor people having children in order to send them into the workforce hurts both the wealthy and the poor in the long term.

It provides the rich with cheaper labor

and the poor get an extra hand

I think it is a good deal

in the very short term, but it also continues the cycle of poverty, and exacerbates overpopulation.
