Western Culture to me generally defines the cultures of Europe, and their American ancestors. Europe has a rather rich tapestry of culture. As I have family that hail from a multitude of European nations, it makes me interested in them all. ^.^

Right, which would make Western culture pretty damn nonwhite. Shit, the only reason there's a 'black' culture is because a few hundred years of stripped culture and oppression tends to bind oppressed groups together.

Regardless, I should be able to wave my Western Culture flag around just as much as a purple flier without fearing reprisal from hate groups. This inequality and racial tension is a two way street. If we favour one group too strongly, we're just going to end up sowing further division. Especially if there are exceptions to the rule because someone is Caucasian or of "White" ancestry. Just because it might not happen as often, doesn't mean it doesn't happen, and it does mean that these issues are just as important. Otherwise you're viewing the issue from a racially biased perspective, and in my opinion these individuals are just as hateful as their Neo-Nazi/Uber-Conservative compatriots.

It doesn't matter what color Western Culture is. There are a variety of Western Culture organizations that allow for the membership of all "races" to be involved. Not only as members but also in leadership positions. As a White/Caucasian male my heritage is from Europe. These cultures are those which I identify closely with, and wish to gain a greater understanding of. The Western Culture Flag was part of the point I was trying to make. You didn't really answer the rest of that paragraph.

What ethnicities and groups of people do you consider to belong to the White race? This will be an important consideration for the future leaders of the future resurgent National Socialist state in Europe.

I consider the white race to be made up of members of lightskinned ethnic groups that originate from Europe. However, there are some exceptions: the Lapps are Siberian/Tungusic migrants: the Finns are the descendants Mongolic tribes and Siberian/Tungusic groups that had migrated westward into modern day Finland and mixed throughout a long period of cohabitation: the Magyars/Huns, as the name suggests, are the descendants of a cohort the Turanic Huns of Central Asia which had migrated west to the Pannonian Plain and were later separated from the rest of the Huns; the Bulgars are the descendants of Mongolian central asian tribes; the Albanian Shqiptars are a mix of Turkic Azeris and the Turks themselves; and the Georgians and Armenians experience deep racial admixture throughout the entire populations of their respective ethnicities. Of course, the Jews and Gypsies are not White either.

I also believe that a considerable fraction of Spaniards and Italians are not white, due to heavy Mohametan/Arab admixture in the case of the Spaniards and heavy African admixture in the case of the Italians.

What are your thoughts on this matter?

First time I see anyone (seriously[?]) suggesting that Finns are Mongolic tribes had influence on where modern Finns descend from.
Everywhere else I've seen that "consensus" is that Finns are mix of North/Central-European migrants and Finno-Ugric peoples from River Volga.

There was a time when the Finns and related tribes/ethnicities were regarded as having common ancestors with the Mongols and Turks, too. Now that has been discarded, but they're still completely separate from Indo-Europeans, as far as their origin is concerned. So would that make them "not white" either?

There is no way that he is even remotely of European ancestry. A person's racial group does not go from Black to White skin over 5,000 years, in fact- I doubt that even occurs at all. For Blacks to become White, the Whites had to previously have existed in the first place and mixed in greater numbers than there were Blacks.
