How long have you played NationStates?

I realized, I have been playing NationStates for nearly a decade now, having started in March 2005 (Under a different nation). That is ancient by most standards, and I am really curious to see who is left from my generation, and maybe get to know a few new members. None the less, I am curious, when did you start NationStates? What lead you here?

For me, I recall the day I found NationStates. I googled United Nations Charter, and it took me to this site and so I joined up. (as back then the World Assembly was called the United Nations.

That is a relatively new feature. It never used to exist!
