South Korea's government has a "Ministry of Unification" and previously considered placing a "reunification tax" to help develop North Korea after reunification.

Allegedly. However, unless he has a calcium deficiency or osteoporosis, it seems unlikely.

It doesn't matter what the typical diet of a North Korean is, Kim Jong-Un has access to whatever food or drink he wants.

Well this is certainly an interesting development. With KJU essentially incapacitated due to illness and rumours that he isn't even in control of the country anymore, what does this latest development present in terms of the potential for stability in North Korea? This appears to be as of yet unchartered waters for the regime and I can imagine things might be a little tense.

What say you, non-North Koreans?

If he's dead, bloody good. If he's suffering the tortures he and his regime have inflicted on millions, even better. If he's been driven to stark raving insanity under such torture, best of all.
