I think I remember this happening to other fat people. For Americans especially, this happens due to a combination of poor diet, muscle atrophy, and poor muscle memory.

My guess is, Kim doesn't use his legs much, which means his muscles don't support or make smooth the usage of his bones, meaning there's a lot more stress on the bones.

Another possibility is that he was wearing platform shoes and slipped, which was probably the straw that broke the camel's back.

This is an unsubstantiated rumor made by a South Korean tabloid. Why does the western media treat every B.S. story made about North Korea as fact? I highly doubt Kim Jong-Un's inner circle are giving state secrets to crappy newspapers. All we know is that he is not feeling well, nothing more.
